I am in awe of the human body and love to unearth its mysteries with research and experience.
I feel most connected to the more-than-human world when I inhabit my own body fully and that means connected to my sexual energy.
It is this yearning for sensing sentience that has led me to sexological bodywork.
To be fully present in our body as a sentient being without the overlay of shame and social conditioning to limit its expression, is what I seek for myself and others.
Using body based practices to reveal emotions, blocks and
past experiences stored there
Providing safe spaces for healing
and nervous system regulation
Expanding the capacity for pleasure, relaxation and grounding
A neglected area holding a lot of our sh*t and full of nerve endings.
Feeling uptight? I know a remedy
How to physically treat scars
both external and internal
to lessen their impact
Get to know the parts of your own genitalia by name, function and feel
Exploring your boundaries,
feeling for your yes and no
and practising communication
Is how you self pleasure the same as when you first started?
Habits can narrow your pleasure
Learn new ways of erotic embodiment through play and practise
As a sexological bodyworker I hold a safe space for you to explore your own sexual self. Habits, conditioning and history may be limiting your full expression. Or you may just want to expand your pleasure potential and explore.
By using the body’s tools of breath, movement, sound, touch and awareness we reveal your own body’s wisdom to heal, release, connect and expand.
Sessions provide a space to explore your life, sex, blocks, body and relationships through somatic exercises. Each session is unique as you are the co-creator.
Sessions are 90 minutes to two hours depending on the somatic practice.

Attending Mandi’s presentation on the Psychedelic Cervix was a beautiful experience. I loved her playfulness, the grounded depth of her knowledge, and the way she made intricate information feel accessible, approachable, and even joyful. Mandi brings a rare combination of sensitivity, humour, and embodied wisdom. Her teaching creates a sense of safety and curiosity that allows real insight and self-connection to unfold. I left feeling more empowered and more in tune with my own body.
Sessions with Mandi guide me to listen to my body and use breath to release long held stories about worth, and shame into grounded power and joy
Mandi is refreshing and inspiring in her approach to women's body's. Her excitement is contagious as she shares all she has learnt.
My cesarean scar treatment was an enriching experience, Mandi approached me with heartfelt care and warmth, bringing love to an area of my body in which I hold much sorrow over my birthing experience. I highly recommend her.
